	- update cryptoapi(patch-int-2.4.18.3.gz). 
	- fit to new encrypto/decrypto function.
	- loop.c is not changed.

2002/08/07	yoshfuji
	* kernel/linux2{2,4}/net/ipv6/tcp_ipv6.c: 
	fixed typo.  We do not think that this affected stability.
	* kernel/linux24/net/ipv4/tcp_ipv4.c:
	Check if ipv6only socket options is set in fast path.
	Because of this bug, ipv6 lister might accidentally accept
	ipv4 clients.
