We release new snapshot on 4th August, 2003.

We have decided to remove historic ipsec and mobile ip from our 
repository and this will be the last release of them.

Here's the changelog.

2003/07/29	takamiya
	* kernel/linux24/net/ipv6/mobile_ip6/{Config.in,Makefile,bcache.c,
	bul.c,mobhdr_mn.c,mipv6_ipsec_ha.c,mipv6_ipsec_ha.h}:
	enabled to use draft-ietf-mobileip-mipv6-ha-ipsec-06.txt with
	manual keying.
	XXX: alt-coa is not added when using ESP(todo).
	XXX: (K) bit in BU/BA and IKE is not supported yet.

2003/07/28	yoshfuji
	* kernel/linux26: linux-2.6.0-test2.

2003/07/22	takamiya
	* kernel/linux24/net/ipv6/ip6_output.c, 
	kernel/linux24/net/ipv6/mobile_ip6/exthdrs.c: fixed normal traffic
	with MIPv6 and IPsec.
