Do the Linux boxes really join the multicast group? According to the
attached dump, there seems to be no listener from NetBSD's
standpoint).
If possible, please invoke the pim6 deamon with the -d command line
option, and show us the whole log. (Note that the log might be quite
long. If it's too large, you might have to compress the log before
sending.)
Also, the result of tcpdump on both segments would be helpful.
