Hello,

We release snapshots dated on 05/01/2001 (JST).
The kit should be released yesterday, 04/30/2001 (JST), but
I could't take time to make snapshots, sorry for delayed.

Please try it.

	- implemented SO_REUSExxx more strictly.
	- binding more specific interfaces attack are forbidden.
