I apologize, i did not know about these lists being related.
I think is is a routing problem; you shouldn't define dec0::ffff to be
on-link because it is not; you should add the route so that the traffic
to these addresses go to the dual stack host.
What exactly are you saying???
Yes, i changed it so that all of them are on the same network fec0::ffff.
Even now, i cannot ping the v4 interface.
