Hi,

after hard work of Pekka Savola <pekkas@xxxxxxxxxx> and me a new 
stable release of IPv6 enabled initscripts is ready.

Changes:
* Add new switches to control autoconfiguration per device
* Take care about different meaning of the forwarding switch
* Global IPv6 initscript (called from hooks in 
/etc/rc.d/init./network) to bring up global settings and shutdown 
IPv6 globally at least
* Cleanups
