Because it is too costly and dangerous to recompile glibc, we recommend
to use usagi snap kit for your linux system.
You can get usagi-linux24 kit from <ftp://ftp.linux-ipv6.org/pub/usagi/snap/kit>.
The kit includes linux-2.4.9 kernel with USAGI patch and many IPv6 applications.
But the latest snapshot has a bug which cause kernel panic and it isn't fixed yet.
So I recommend the following step.
1) Get the latest snap kit.
2) Please wait for fixing the bug.
3) After the bug is fixed, update your kit using anoncvs.
