If you want to enable MIPv6, you should build IPv6 stack as a module.

The MIPv6 stack is HUT MIPv6 implementation.
AFAIK, it is a restriction of HUT MIPv6 implementation. 

If I am wrong, please correct > HUT guys or takamiya-san.
Then we should note the restriction.
