First off, as you probably know FA is a MIPv4 thing and we don't have
them in MIPv6. It should be AR (Access Router).
Do you have static routes from CN to HA's wlan and to FA's wlan, and
from HA to FA's wlan and vice versa? If not, try that. If it doesn't
work try posting the routing tables of the FA, HA and CN.
