Hi,

We release new snapshots dated 1st October 2001,
based on linux-2.2.19 and linux-2.4.10.

Here're the changes:

2001/09/29	yoshfuji
	* src/iputils/ping6.{c,8}: added new dummy suboption for -a 
	and -4 options to query NI without flags.

2001/09/24	yoshfuji
	* kernel/linux24/{include/net/neighbour.h,net/core/neighbour.c,
	net/ipv6/ndisc.c,net/ipv6/route.c,net/decnet/dn_neigh.c,
	net/ipv4/arp.c}:
	- reworked neighbor cache mechanism; passed more conformance
	test items.
	- more strict locking.  more check needed.

2001/09/24	yoshfuji
	* kernel/linux24: linux-2.4.10.

2001/09/22	yoshfuji
	* kernel/linux2{2,4}/net/ipv6/addrconf.c: fixed kernel hang with
	CONFIG_IPV6_PRIVACY when received RAs.
