Does exist something like "ipintrq" in Linux ?
I mean the queue used to store incoming IP packets.
if it exists, is it possible to modify it ?
I can also observe "txqueuelen" queue with ifconfig,
does it exist "receive queue" for an interface or it is the same?
if there is another, is it configurable ?
