Hi,

I can not speak for USAGI kernels, but we have successfully used vic on
linux kernels with the Mobile IPv6 implementation of MIPL
(http://www.mipl.mediapoli.com/). It worked very well using unicast.

PS: If I remember correct, the vic and rat versions I downloaded needed
some little extra work to get them to compile on a SuSE distro. If you
experience compile problems, maybe I can help.
