(usagi-users 01298) Router advertisement and PPP

Nerim is a french xDSL ISP.
We are planning to offer native IPv6 connectivity over ADSL lines.

In France, we are using PPP and L2TP to connect the enduser.
(on enduser side it's a PPP connection and on ISP side, it's a PPP
session in a l2tp tunnel)

I'am working on linux (USAGI stack and/or vanilla stack)
The l2tp deamon works well and the PPP link is established with link
local adress, conforming the RFC 2472.

The next thing to do is to send the IPv6 preffix to the peer.

The cusctommers will have a fixed preffix, I can then give them the
preffix so they can configure their routers.
But an automatic method is always better.

I tried Router Advertisment then and naturally it didn't work : the
pper receives the advertisement (tcpdump -i ppp0 shows it) but there's
no change on the PPP interface.

/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/ppp0/accept_ra is set to 1.

I want to know if it's a bug or a feature and if there is a standard way
to send the preffix to the PPP peer.
