(usagi-users 01384) build problem ...

Hi,

I have downloaded and compiled 20020415 snapshot.
I noticed when doing a "make install-includes" it ends
with errors. It seems libnetlink, libnet-tools 
have been moved to "BUILD_LIBS"  in ..usagi/usagi/Makefile
but do not have instructions in ../libnetlink/Makefile
and ../libnet-tools/Makefile on how to build "install-includes".
So, I was wondering if BUILD_LIBS is the culprit or if 
the Makefiles were??
