If you use radvd including USAGI kit, default config file is
/usr/local/v6/etc/radvd.conf.

It is somewhat different by version of radvd. Please copy and edif
from usagi/usagi/radvd/radvd.conf.example.
You need interface and prefix information whcih you want to announce
in radvd.conf at least.
