Yes, you can.
If you would like to IPv6 on PVC, please use USAGI kernel and
atm-tools.
Please refer following URL to download,
http://www.linux-ipv6.org/mirrors.html
And if you would like to use either LANE or br2684,
original linux-atm package on Sourceforge should work.
