(usagi-users 01487) radvd problem

I am using the USAGI stable-20020408 kernel and userland programs.
I am trying to do a router setup using the Freenet6 TSP configuration
programs
and scripts. It all appears to work except for when radvd it gets an
error. The
command that is run is:
/usr/local/v6/sbin/radvd -u radvd -C /usr/local/tsp/tsprtadvd.conf
the userid is present and the config file is there, but in
/var/log/syslog
it shows radvd "is already running". A ps command does not show any such

process. Can any shed any light on this situation??
