(usagi-users 01922) build errors in ping6, pfkey, ipv6tunnel

Several build problems with the usagi tools after building linux 2.5.45.
All these errors come from the cvs source just retrieved today. ping6 
seems to be missing an large number of symbols. All these begin with 
ICMPV6_NI, so I think i'm probably just missing one include file. I 
grepped everything I could, nothing.

pfkey seems to be missing net/sadb.h. It seems like this file existed at
one time in the 2.4 kernel, but doesn't anymore. If I comment out the
include line, I get several errors about missing SADB_X_ symbols. And
IPSEC_SPI_DROP and IPSEC_SPI_BYPASS. 

ipv6tunnel seems to be wanting linux/ipv6tunnel.h. 

On an unrelated note I seem to be haveing dificulty with the new ipv6
implementation, ssh connections don't seem to connect completely
anymore, just a banner exchange and nothing more. I'll explain that more
completely later though.
