(usagi-users 01976) question about rtsol daemon

Hi guys,

Does anyone has a copy of a daemon for rtsol that will send a RS packet 
when the link carrier on any of the devices changes?
For NetBSD, rtsold with the -m option will send a packet when the node 
reattaches itself to the network.
