looks like we should place big warnings for newbies everywhere like:

IPv6 newbie warning:

Do not use link-local addresses for userspace tests if not really
knowing how and for what this addresses are used and their pitfalls
when used - configure and use site local instead.
******

Otherwise I'm sure that the amount of such questions increases...

Don't believe that the URL parser supports scoping, but run test for
yourself:

http://[fe80::280:45ff:fe11:53b5%eth0]/

Like written above: configure site local addresses on each host and
use them.
