I'm not sure if I get your question.
AFAIK, however, ECMP stands for Equal Cost MultiPath.
Kernel is able to hold IPv6 ECMP routes.
USAGI supports road-sharing between routes with the same cost and
preference, as described in <draft-ietf-ipv6-router-selection-02.txt>.
