I've noticed that both Win XP's and Linux's FTP client put scoped
addresses in the EPRT command.
Is there a real need for that? Does the other side (the server) care
about which interface the client is using?
I've seen it in XP all the time, and in Linux only if I connect using
link-local or within a SIT tunnel interface.
(Not sure it is stricly USAGI relevant, but USAGI does supply a FTP client)
TIA,
Y.
