(usagi-users 02445) Default policy table user level configuration

Hello,

I'm a student from DIT at UPM (www.dit.upm.es). We are researching 
on multihoming, so we have implemented the user level configuration 
of default policy table (addrconf.c).

We are interested in contributing it to the USAGI Project. Which steps
should we take?
