kernel/linux24: linux-2.4.21 ???

Some of the things fixed in 2.4.21 are of major importance (security
issues). It would be nice for USAGI to follow the main kernel closely...

What of getting more of the USAGI patches merged into the mainstream
kernel? Currently the USAGI patch is around 2MB uncompressed. If more of
that is merged into the mainstream kernel, it makes it *much* easier to
apply other patches. It also makes things much easier if you want to use
a recent kernel.
