I have noticed that usagi doesn't answer neighbour solicitations on SIT
tunnels.
When running kernel 2.4.22 with latest usagi snapshot, tcpdump shows the
neighbour solicitations coming through the tunnel, but they are never
answered.
When running kernel 2.4.21-rc7 without usagi patches, the kernel answers the
solicitations.
Is this a bug or a feature, or have I missed something?

I've got a bad feeling about this.
