(usagi-users 02632) 2.6.0-test9: use_tempaddr and RAs with short lifetime autodisables use_tempaddress after short time

Hi,

during testing 2.6.0-test9 I found something interesting:

assuming client on network, router send RAs with a lifetime of 30 seconds
(done because of 6to4 with a dynamic IPv4 Dial-Up connectivity).

If I enable use_tempaddr (value=2) before I bring the interface up, temp
address generation works fine...but after 58 seconds I got following
message:

Nov 17 23:14:59 vmfc1 kernel: ipv6_create_tempaddr(): regeneration time
exceeded. disabled temporary address support.

/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/accept_ra=1
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/accept_redirects=1
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/autoconf=1
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/dad_transmits=1
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/forwarding=0
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/hop_limit=64
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/max_desync_factor=600
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/mtu=1500
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/regen_max_retry=5
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/router_solicitation_delay=1
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/router_solicitation_interval=4
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/router_solicitations=3
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/temp_prefered_lft=86400
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/temp_valid_lft=604800
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/use_tempaddr=-1

Does this mean I have to adjust values on clients if I send RAs with such
short lifetime - or is this a bug?
