I am not into the freenet6 service. But a tunnel is like a straw:
it penetrates through something. So any filtering etc should not
apply to that tunnel and you should have a globally reachable address.
Check your routes, interfaces and firewall rules. Do some tcpdumping
and ofcourse ask the support staff from freenet6 if all is okay...
