Hi,
Thank you for your quick response.
Here is the error after I run the command
"make install" and "make modules_install" (both gave
the same following message):
depmod: *** Unresolved symbols in
/lib/modules/2.4.21/kernel/net/ipv6/mobile_ip6/mobile_ip6.o
depmod: in6_ntop
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/usr/src/usagi/kernel/linux24/arch/i386/boot'
Consequently, when booting up there will be an message
of unresolved symbol in mobile_ip6 in the stage of
checking dependancy modules
Attached is my .config
I got this message when installing on both JAMD Linux
(which is actually optimized Redhat 9, kernel
2.4.20-99) and Fedora (kernel 2.4.22-1.2115.ntpl)
laptops.
My sole intention is to use Mobile IPv6 support.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thank you.
