(usagi-users 02858) Re: IPv6 and MontaVista Linux

MontaVista Linux Carrier Grade Edition 3.0 has the Usagi IPV6. (PRO does not) It was run through TAHI by one of our support offices in Japan, and the result reported passing in all applicable kernel stack areas.

Both Pro 3.1 and CGE 3.1 have Usagi, but we were caught at an intermediate point between the 4.1 and 5 version of Usagi. We have not yet done the conformance testing on these, as I'm working to get an upgrade to the latest version 5 stable release backported to our kernels. We will also distribute the tools packages at that point.

We will, at some point in the next few months do the conformance testing, following availablility of the upgrade to Usagi stable.

Hello.

Does anybody have an experience of using MontaVista with IPv6?

I know MontaVista Linux Professional Edition provides support for IPv6, but what about conformance test passing (TAHI or similar) ?

I checked the MontaVista web-page, but didn't find this information. Can somebody provide me with URLs or documents about that?

Thanks in advance!
