MN will autoconfig stateless addr if there is a
network prefix in multicast router advertisement

MN will send another BU before expiration. If MN
doesnt "ask" the HA to acknowledge ("A" bit in the
4-bit flag of BU packet not set), there will be no BA.
As ur homeaddress is always refreshed and cached
properly, why bother?

I gave up the stable release a long time ago... so
forgot whether I enabled that. :-)
Anyway, my previous problem w/ stable release was that
after MN moved to foreignlink, it got CoA, sent BU and
pinged HA successfully but mysteriously there was no
homeaddress caching and BA response at HA side. This
HA works perfectly with another MN running MIPL 1.0.
If IPv6 subtrees option is not enabled, even BU can't
be sent out.
