It certainly wasn't in the configuration I described (building on PPC32, in case it makes a difference). Final linking of the kernel failed missing xfrm6_tunnel_register and two similar function. (From memory) A brief stroll through net/Kconfig and net/ipv?/Kconfig indicates it is only pulled in by PF_KEY sockets, IP: tunneling, IP: GRE tunnels over IP, IP: AH transformations, IP: ESP transformations, IP: IPComp transformations, the IPv6 version of those transformations, and (now) IPv6: IPv6-in-IPv6 tunnel. Looking in arch/ it _is_ set by default on many arches, but not ppc32. > Anyway, patch applied, thanks.
