(usagi-users 03087) Not able to install USAGI kit..Pls Help

Hi all,
	I am trying to install the USAGI kit on my RedhatLinux-8.0 (kernel version 
2.4.18-14) machine.I have downloaded te latest kit from 
www.linux-ipv6.org  unpacked it and followed the steps indicated in 
INSTALL.USAGI . At "make install",I am getting the following errors:

net/network.o In function addrconf_init,
		undefined reference to find_transform_by_name
net/network.o In function icmpv6_init,
		undefined reference to find_transform_by_name

What could be wrong?I have no clue of what is missing.Please help me out.
